Shipping & Returns

These terms and conditions apply to you, when you shop on Aliveinmind and they only complement the general terms and conditions.

 

‣Shipping and delivery

The digital art files are an instant download. The Customer is allowed to make two downloads for in an infinite period of time. There will be no shipping of a physical product in the mail.

Physical prints will be sent within 1 (one) to 2 (two) working days. The time period for shipping will depend on the location where it is sent. If the Customer chose registered shipping, the tracking number will be added into the shipping confirmation mail.

Aliveinmind is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. If, upon receipt, the Customer discovers that the shipment is damaged in transport, either on the product or on the packaging, the Customer will have to notify the shipping company. It is advised that the Customer inspects the product immediately after arrival and reports any damage on the same day as delivery or as soon as it is noticed.

 

‣Shipping cost for physical prints

-Germany 

5 Euro (Insurance up to 50 Euro – if you wish higher insurance please contact info@aliveinmind.de before or immediately after your order took place)

-Any other country

  • no tracking   9 Euro
  • with tracking  13 Euro (insurance up to 500 Euro)

 

‣ Return

Digital products are a final sale, and by their nature not refundable.

When purchasing physical products on the Website, the Customer has a 14 days withdrawal period. This means that you have the right to revoke your purchase by registering your return within 14 days of the date the Customer received of the ordered product. For an easy return procedure please take the following steps:

1. Contact Aliveinmind by sending an email to info@aliveinmind.de with the following information

  • Email that purchased the item
  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return

2. The items need to be in original condition in which they were delivered to you. If not, a calculated fee will be taken out for restoration. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other well-protected package.

3. The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs and transport risks. The return package must be sent as traceable shipment. Please save the tracking number and receipt of postage until the arrival is confirmed via email by Aliveinmind.

4. The refund will be initiated within the same payment method you used at your order. This will happen as soon as possible, yet no later than within 14 days from the date we received your return.  Depending on payment method it might take 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days from when you received the return confirmation, before you get your refund.

 

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages the customers will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
